1. Nature of Services

The Eden Within offers coaching services for confidence-building, self-care, and personal presentation. These services are for general guidance only and do not replace professional mental health or medical services.

2. Teen Clients

• Clients under 15 require an initial parent/guardian consultation and written permission for 1:1 coaching.

• Clients aged 15–17 require written parental/guardian consent.

• The Eden Within holds a valid Working With Children Check.

3. Booking & Payments

• Full payment is due at the time of booking.

• Payment options: Direct Deposit, Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay (over $100).

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

• Less than 12 hours’ notice incurs a 25% cancellation fee.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information and session content are confidential and will not be shared unless required by law.

6. Results Disclaimer

Outcomes depend on client participation and commitment. The Eden Within cannot guarantee specific results.
